1. All vehicles entering the Assembly Area and
Parade Route must post the Official Vehicle
Pass on your windshield. Please enter into
your assigned entrance via Mission or Howard
Streets.
2. Please unload into assigned Unloading Zones
on Main Street from Mission St.
3. As a courtesy to other parade contingents,
please limit your unloading time to 10 minutes.
4. Upon arrival to Assembly Area, your
contingent leader should report to your
assigned staging area and meet your Cluster
Monitor.
5.There will be no reserved street parking in the
Staging Area. Street parking is free on Sundays,
but please observe regular parking regulations.
6. All drivers must have current Driver’s License
and insurance, and must be able to produce
these documents upon request of the Parade
Committee.
7. Drivers please DO NOT leave your vehicle
unattended.
8. Leave your Assembly Area free of any
belongings and debris. After the parade
contingents has left the area, Main STreet
returns to normal street operations.
9. Please follow directions of Parade Crew. They
have been trained to answer your questions.
10. Disembark on Folsom Street and move to
the FARTHEST available space on the block,
closest to 3rd Street, to allow other contingents
to disembark safely behind you.
11. During disembarking on Folsom Street, stay
in the parking lane on the left hand side of
street. Half of Folsom Street will be open to
public traffic, so please watch for oncoming
traffic. Observe extreme safety precautions.
DO NOT double-park at any time during
disembarking,
12. DO NOT disembark / unload until it is
safe and instructed to do so by your Cluster
Monitor.
